Ham and Swiss Quiche

Ingredients:

• 1 cup half & half
• 4 eggs beaten
• 3 TBSP honey mustard
• 2 TBSP all-purpose flour
• 1/2 TSP salt
• 1/2 TSP thyme leaves
• 1/8 TSP pepper
• 1/4 TSP cumin
• 1-1/2 cup diced ham
• 1-2/ cup shredded Guggisberg Swiss Cheese
• 1 cup chopped spinach
• 2 TBSP grated parmisan cheese

Directions:

• Grease a 9" pie pan, layer ham, cheese & spinach into pan. Mix together forsst 8 ingredients and pour into pan and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
• Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes, or until center is set.
• Wait 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.
