Recipe of the Month

May's Delicious Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup each of shredded Guggisberg Colby, Cheddar & Amish Butter Cheese
• 1 cup Buffalo Sauce
• 2 packages of cream cheese
• 4 cups of shredded chicken

Directions:
1. Combine all 3 cheeses. Set 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese mixture aside.
2. Combine all remaining ingredients into 9 x 13 baking dish.
3. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
4. Sprinkle reserved shredded cheese atop mixture.
5. Bake for 10 minutes.

Stir and enjoy with chips, crackers or veggies!
