Shipping rates are determined by weight and residence and will be quoted prior to purchasing.
These are the states and the time in transit days from Guggisberg Cheese to shipping address. We are not responsible for delays from UPS. We will provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped via email or you may call 24hours after placing your order and we can provide your tracking number.

The states of Idaho, Oregon, and California have areas that will take up to 5 days for delivery.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING:
Shipments of cheese, meat and chocolates are limited during summer months, or when shipping to warmer climates. If you have questions regarding shipment to your area, please call our toll free number (1-800-262-2505).
CUSTOMER SHIPPING ALERT:
UPS will not deliver packages to P.O. box addresses due to U.S. Postal Service regulations. Therefore, street or highway addresses are needed at all times to ensure proper delivery. We currently ship to anywhere in the Continental United States, plus Hawaii and Alaska.

* Make sure to keep the label. We will need the date on the label to match the product with its batch. We may also require you to return the label to Guggisberg in order to process your return.
