Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup each of shredded Guggisberg Colby, Cheddar Amish Butter Cheese
• 1 cup buffalo sauce
• 2 packages of cream cheese
• 4 cups of shredded chicken

Directions:

1. Combine all three cheeses together. Set 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese mixture aside.
2. Combine all remaining ingredients into 9 x 13 baking dish.
3. Cut into 12 slices, approximately 1-in. wide.  Arrange in 9 x 13 greased baking dish.
4. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
5. Sprinkle reserved shredded cheese atop mixture.
6. Bake for 10 minutes.

Stir and enjoy with chips, crackers or veggies!
