What You’ll Do
- Operate and control automated cheese production lines using Human Interface (HMI) systems
- Perform and document quality checks and pre-operation procedures
- Monitor product flow, temperature, and equipment performance for consistency
- Conduct sanitation and cleaning of equipment and work areas
- Identify, report, and communicate any deviations from quality or safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production environment
This is a full-time position for either 2nd or 3rd shift that is located at 1545 County Road 70, Sugarcreek, OH 44681, offering a starting pay of $18.00 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally with assistance and perform standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Basic math, reading, and calculator skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
- Prior production experience preferred but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
