Guggisberg Cheese is a premier manufacturer and retailer of award-winning Swiss cheese, located in the heart of Ohio’s scenic Amish Country. We take pride in maintaining artisan-level quality as the second largest Swiss cheese producer in the U.S., and during the holiday season we need extra support to help fulfill incoming customer orders.
Position Overview
We are currently seeking Seasonal Mail Order Customer Service associates to assist in our holiday order season. This is a part-time seasonal position for the months of November and December, scheduled Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule. Starting pay begins at $15.00 per hour.
What You’ll Do
- Answering incoming customer calls
- Enter customer orders
- Process and prepare orders accurately and efficiently

Requirements
Successful candidates must be able to work in the United States for any employer and must pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening.
