What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Install, inspect, and maintain equipment, wiring, plumbing, and air systems.
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production.
• Document completed work accurately and follow scheduled maintenance plans.
• Support team projects, uphold safety standards, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

This is a full-time position located at 1545 County Road 70, Sugarcreek, OH 44681, offering a starting pay of $26.00 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous maintenance experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with pumps, pneumatics, welding, fabrication, and control panels.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work safely at heights and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Team-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
