Hot Pepper Chesse use to be abundant everywhere & it is hard to find today. It is great on cold cut sanwiches & makes the Best Grilled Cheese Burgers. It is Great!

This cheese has a bite to it. Creamy and flavorful. One of our favorites. Wish there was a store in Michigan, so we could sample all the cheeses and take advantage of the in store sales.
