Always bought "Premium Swiss" until a few months ago...My wife bought me your "VINTAGE SELECT SWISS CHEESE" for our 36th wedding Anniversary! Oh my! Such subtle, sublime texture...nuances bloom to an extraordinary "Finish" on the palate! In MY OPINION, THIS SWISS FAR EXCEEDS the great and Noble nuances of the Most Popular Premium Swiss...THIS is the culmination of a Swiss cheese beyond compare! Do try...Bonn Appetite!
