Aged Vintage Select Swiss is produced in the traditional Alpine manner, specially made to reflect the bold flavor that Europeans have known and loved for centuries. A traditional, full-flavored taste that will be highly esteemed by lovers of sharp Swiss! Aged a minimum of 6 months.

Similar to our Baby Swiss, but with reduced fat and sodium content. A perfect option for the healthful diet!
